Sales Manager
Your Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for sales operations and strategic market development in Bulgaria
- Build and directly manage the Bulgarian market according to the successful distribution model
- Development and implementation of forward-looking sales strategies – from market positioning to customer structure
- Close collaboration with trade representatives, key accounts, and partners from electrical wholesale, crafts, and planning sectors
- Design of sales processes and targeted business development together with management
- Active market expansion and sustainable growth of the market
- Perspective for further responsibility in a growing, family-run company
Qualification Requirements:
- Multi-year experience in technical sales – preferably in electrical, building supply, or building technology sectors
- Experience in strategic market development and ideally leadership competence
- Strong self-motivation, entrepreneurial thinking, and high reliability
- Confident, professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
- Technical understanding and affinity for innovative building technology solutions
- Willingness to travel within Bulgaria for customer visits and market development
- Knowledge of WAGO, industry, markets and service solutions an advantage.
- Very good command of English (spoken and written), German is a plus.
- Proficient with a computer and Windows based applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
Essential Job Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability for business trips around the country
- Timely reporting of expenses, sales call activity, and opportunity tracking (not to exceed two weeks).
- Knowledge for programming languages

Automation Sales Engineer
Position Requirements:
The successful candidate will:
- Effectively develop and execute sales of automation solutions in assigned accounts
- Follow up quotations, commercial negotiations and persuade/convince customer to place the order with us.
- Have in-depth knowledge of process related products in the areas of automation.
- Identify, define, and develop the best technical solution and strategy for customer applications
- Serve as a consultant on all applications and corresponding WAGO solutions and technologies, including a working knowledge of our Automation solutions that are applicable to the engineering community.
- Fully utilize the CRM system as a communication, reporting, measurement and tracking tool to enhance productivity.
- Conduct product and technology seminars (in-person and web-based) as necessary at assigned account base.
Qualification Requirements:
- University Degree – Automation/ Electrical degree preferred.
- 3 to 5 years of Sales and industry experience on the automation market preferred.
- Sound technical background in the areas of automation (PLC, motion, Robotics, SCADA, etc)
- Knowledge for IEC programming languages (SFC, CFC), Python and etc.
- Very good command of English (spoken and written), German is a plus.
- Solution oriented approach and strong Can-Do attitude
- Good strong interpersonal and presentation skills

Sales Engineer
Position Requirements:
The successful candidate will:
- Identify, pursue and gain specification position on projects for Control and Industry Solutions products and systems in target industries.
- Be proficient in selling and have proven track record of ability to build strong customer relationships, particularly with engineering consultants, designers and system integrators.
- Differentiate WAGO from other component vendors by building “partner” relationships with customers.
- Demonstrate technical competence on all products/solutions within area of focus.
- Have in-depth knowledge of process related products in the areas of automation.
- Be responsible for project identification and gaining specifications for WAGO solutions.
- Serve as a consultant on all applications and corresponding WAGO solutions and technologies, including a working knowledge of our Automation solutions that are applicable to the engineering community.
- Fully utilize the CRM system as a communication, reporting, measurement and tracking tool to enhance productivity.
- Conduct product and technology seminars (in-person and web-based) as necessary at assigned account base.
